IAR 99 Soim (hawk) from 95th Air Base of Romanian Air Force Pilot in Command Captain-commander Catalin Alexandru, nicknamed "Piticu" (Dwarf), is a flight instructor with more than 1200 flight hours of which over 580 hours on MiG-21 LanceR and over 500 on IAR 99 Hawk. His crewmate, Captain Cosmin Gaman, nicknamed “Pisoi” (Kitten) has a few more steps to become a flight instructor. He has more than 400 flight hours of which more than 300 on IAR 99 Hawk. Hawk uses British Rolls-Royce turbojet engine produced under licence in Romania. IAR 99 Hawk replaced Czech L-29 Dolphin and L-39 Albatros as jet trainer for Romanian Air force.

Enstrom 480 is a light training helicopter widely used around the world for training military pilots. Enstrom 480 will be used by its owner LOM Praha for training purposes of its custemers. Mi-2 is a small utility helicopter originally designed by Soviet helicopter manufacturer, but its production took part in Poland. The company LOM Praha is using this helicopter for pilot training. This is a dernier of Mi-2 helicopter as it will be replaced by new Enstrom 480.

The T-KAT ballistic vehicle designed to stop it will be placed at the point where the offender is supposed to pass, and the intervention teams will intervene against the truck.

211th Tactical Squadron of Czech Air Force with their Saab JAS-39C/D Gripen multirole fighters is a member of elite NATO Tigers club. Ivo Kardoš is a Czech Air Force Gripen display pilot and a member of an elite 211th Tactical “Tiger” Squadron. Before Saab JAS-39C Gripen, he has flown with training jet L-39 Albatros and light combat aircraft L-159 Alca accumulating over 1700 flight hours. This is his last show as Czech Gripen display pilot. Five Czech Gripens are currently deployed in Estonia on Baltic Air-Policing mission. Czech Gripens form 211th Tactical Squadron have already been deployed three times in Baltics and three times on Iceland on air-policing missions.

This crew had the honour to be part of Romanian detachment that participate last year at NATO Fly Pass, flying over the new NATO HQ marking the beginning of the NATO Summit 2018. Both display pilots are part of the 952nd squadron that is endowed with IAR 330 SOCAT.

Two L-159 Alcas are performing close air support (CAS) simulated mission. In June their performance was awarded on air show in English Cosford. 212th Tactical Squadron of Czech Air Force flying on advanced light combat aircraft L-159 ALCA domestically produced by Aero Vodochody aerospace company. The aircraft is designed for close air support. Currently, Czech Air Force purchased new Lightening 4i targeting pods enhancing its strike capabilities. 14 L-159 are used in counter-terrorist missions by Iraqi Air Force. This year personnel from 212th Tactical Squadron returned back home from training mission in Iraq, making it the squadron`s first foreign deployment.

Prison Service of the Czech Republic will perform a dynamic display of convoy ambush. An escort mission with extraordinary security arrangements - armed vehicle and two escort vehicles. Intelligence suggests that the convoy might be attacked. Additional security teams are forward deployed and stationed along the route. A backup team is behind the escort team. The team gets under attack. The attackers come in car and from people along the road and open fire. The prison service officers neutralise the attackers.

Patriot II is a new armoured vehicle on the unique Czech Tatra chassis. The construction of the vehicle allows integration of remotely controlled turret with armament up to 20 mm calibre. Patriot II can be also fitted with guided missiles or mortar. It can be easily transported by transport aircraft and vessels. Patriot II has ballistic armour and anti-explosion seats for maximal crew protection against improvised explosives devices and mines.

Czech Hinds belong to 221st Tactical Squadron of attack helicopters in AFB Náměšť nad Oslavou. Attack helicopter Mi-24/35, NATO code name Hind, can engage air and land targets with its un/guided rockets and heavy machine gun. Despite its size, Hind is one of the fastest helicopter on the sky. It can fly over 300 km/h. Czech Mi-24/35 Hinds will be replaced by US made Bell AH-1Z Viper. The display pilot of Hind is Captain Michal Bystřičan.

T-72M4 is a complex czech modernization of Soviet T-72 tank for the level of the third generation. Tank is equiped with the system for security of three-member crew, which contain commander, gunman and driver. Modernization was aproved by the Czech government in 1994. In total 30 tanks were re-designed. According to the experts ratings it was the best modernization of T-72. The TR-85 is a main battle tank designed for the armed forces of Romania currently the most modern tank in service. "Bizonul" is a name modernized version, has been in service since 1997. Bison uses new 100 mm BM-412 Sg APFSDS-T projectiles. Completely redesigned suspension with 6 road wheels on each side is protected by metal side skirts. Combat weight is 50 tons. The engine technology was obtained using spy rings and confidential assistance from the Federal Republic of Germany.

43rd Paratroop Battalion from Chrudim is a Commando type unit. Soldiers are trained for tactical airdrop, terrain and urban combat, ambushes and assaults. They have been deployed to combat missions in Balkans, Middle East and Africa. Polish AGAT is a paratrooper, higly mobile elite unit. It is subordinated to Polish special forces headquarters. AGAT unit is trained for assaults and behind enemy lines operations. The paratroopers will jump from Czech and Polish C-295 cargo airplanes.

Czech and Romanian armoured units will conduct a joint attack against enemy forces. Czech 7. mechanised brigade is the heaviest firepower of the Czech army. They use modernised tanks T-72MCZ, tracked infantry combat vehicles and wheeled infantry combat vehicles Pandur II. Currently, a competition for replacement of old soviet era built tracked combat vehicles is under way. Romanian army will present its modernised tank TR-88M1 Bison. It is a Romanian domestically made tank modernised on NATO standarts.

Air Force Academy, Fighter squadron 41 Midnight Hawk No.1 Team Leader Vesa Loukko Left wing No. 2 Captain Eero Mannismäki Right wing No. 3 Captain Juho Tervahartiala Slot No. 4 Captain Tapani Parvio 50 Finnish Hawks were domestically built in 1980s. According to Paris Treaty from 1947, Finnish Air Force was limited to 60 fighter jets. As the Hawks were counted as trainers (even though they were armed), Finnish air force could augment its capacity. These historic conditions were nullified in early 1990s.

This is his last show as Typhoon Display pilot. 29th Squadron of Royal Airforce form Coningsby is one of the oldest units in Europe with its more than 100 years of history. The aircraft is the latest and the most advanced Typhoon in RAF, the Typhoon FGR4. It is an air-superiority fighter with full land attack capabilities. Typhoon was developed in a joint program together with Germany, Italy and United Kingdom. It has two extremely powerful turbofan powerplants EJ200 which make fantastic noise typical for Typhoons.

He performed the SAR Air Display at NATO Days last year with W-3A Sokol. Major Šafařík have been flying within the Czech Air Force since 1999. His currently flown types are W-3A Sokol and Mi-17. His current qualifications is Flight Instructor/Inspector on both types of helicopter. W-3A Sokol is used in the Czech Air Force for transport a search and rescue missions. W-3A Sokol is a Polish made helicopter by PZL Swidnik company.

The team were originally provided with the name "The Flying Dragons" Nowadays there is still 9 members of the team: Frank Millerick Team Leader, Nathen May, Liam Donovan, Dan Hurst, Chris Grey, Ryan Clark, Carl Hobbs, Alex Goodman and Luke Smith. Together they have over 3000 of parachute jumps. The Tigers have performed at a large array of events. Recently they performered at the opening of the birthday celebrations for Her Majesty Queen Margrethe ll of Denmark. They are attending NATO days after 3 years.

The presentation will be divided in five parts. The first part will present K9 tactical handling. The K9 officer will have his dog between his legs, so that he has his hands free for the manipulation with gun. Another four parts are various model situations like neutralisation of offenders.
